Young Adults

We get together bi-weekly starting at 7pm.

The members offer up their apartments/homes to have everybody over for dessert, conversation, a brief devotion, and prayer.
The evenings usually last from an hour and a half to two hours. The devotions, prayer, and desserts are done by whoever volunteers from the previous week.

This is informal and casual. There is no preparation for the lesson except from the volunteered devotion leader. Previous discussion topics can range from reflection on Sundays sermon, a topical study on love, or be as simple as sharing what he/she has been independently studying out of the bible.

During the off week, we usually plan to get together to hang out on the weekend. Previous events have included: Dave & Busters Arcade, going out to eat, hosting a dinner, going to the movies, hosting a movie or game night, and swing dancing. These activities give us the chance to formulate a more intimate community with our peers within the larger church family.
